I'm a regular reader of his blog the Discomfort Zone and, like you, really enjoy his writing style. As a life coach myself, I completely concur with his description of life coaching, and I especially like his particular approach and focus on helping people to be more thought orientated - not just goal orientated. I've shared the interview on Twitter - def one of the best descriptions of life coaching I've come across.
