Overcome Procrastination
How to Stop Procrastinating With Ease And Get Motivated For Work Any Time You Want
I’d like to tell you a little-known fact about procrastination.
Most people who give you advice on overcoming procrastination are completely off the mark. And not just those who tell you to grit your teeth and plow through it (which is just about the least effective way to fight procrastination).
Even well-meaning people who have their own experience with procrastination make one crucial mistake:
Procrastination is a symptom, not the cause.
To make a medical analogy – procrastination is like coughing. It’s not enough just to know that you’re coughing. You need to find out what is causing the cough. Then you can treat it.
Now imagine you have a cough, and a friend comes along and says “Oh yeah, I had a cough as well. A doctor prescribed me anti-biotics, and it was gone within a week! You should take some anti-biotics.”
That’s what most people’s advice on procrastination is like. They found a cure that worked for their particular cause of procrastination, so they assume the same cure will work for every other cause. Good try, but no cookie.
Instead, you need a simple method to find the cause of your procrastination, and then deal with the cause, not the symptom. By dealing with the cause, you will get rid of the symptom.
Which is why I put together this 7-day course. Unlike most people’s approach of “this worked for my type of procrastination, so surely it works for every type”, I’ve spent years cataloguing the different causes of procrastination, and the cure for each. Then I boiled them all down into 7 simple lessons, all aimed razor-sharp at curing a particular cause of procrastination.
What you get in this free course
The course consists of 7 e-mails, sent over 7 days, each covering a major cause of procrastination, together with a cure for that cause.
And each day contains action steps that you can take immediately to stop procrastinating and get things done.
When you go through this course, then just 7 days from now, you will have all the tools under your belt that you need to deal with any procrastination that comes up for you in the future. And the action steps in each e-mail will help you practice the methods and drill them deep into your subconscious, so that you can pull them up in the future at a moment’s notice.
To get started, just put your name and e-mail in the box below. You will be reading the first part of my course within minutes.

How I can help you overcome procrastination
I will be sending you 7 e-mails, over 7 days, each detailing a different cause of procrastination and the respective solution. Each of the lessons alone is worth its weight in gold.(On second thought, it’s worth more. Because it’s just an e-mail, which weighs pretty much nothing
.)
But the real power comes from following through the whole 7 day course. Because not only will you get 7 fantastic ways to deal with procrastination, you will also get specific action steps to take each day. And by following through daily, you will literally hard-wire yourself for success and productivity!
Along the way, you will learn:
- how motivation works, and why most people get it completely wrong (Day 2)
- why bribing yourself to get stuff done is directly counter-productive (Day 4)
- how to get your mind to give you virtually unlimited great solutions to any problems (Day 3)
- the best way to conquer fear, and how to go about it (Day 5)
- why battling procrastination head-on (using “willpower”) is useless (Day 4)
- how to more than double your chances of getting something done, through one simple trick (Day 7)
- and loads more!
So type your name and e-mail in the box below, and get started!

Why I’m doing this for free
You might be wondering why I’m doing this for free. Hey, if the course is so valuable, why aren’t I charging money for it?
The fact is, I’m a life coach by profession. I like helping people with their lives. A lot!
So I had all this info on procrastination lying around, and I was wondering what to do with it. Then I decided that the best way to help the most people will be to invest the vast effort to put it all together into a simple e-mail course. That way, I put the effort in once, but it helps people thousands of times over.
I really like hearing from people who loved the course and say it helped them
And sure, I’m hoping that maybe a few people who go through this course will think “Hey, Vlad, you know what you’re talking about. I’d like to hire you as a life coach!”. But really, it’s mostly about helping people
And if you want to hear other people’s thoughts about this 7-day course…
Here’s what others have to say:
Ask the right questions [Day 3] was very informative and useful, and not just for procrastination. I have taken recently to setting aside some time (anywhere from 15 minutes to however long I want) to just sit, take a notebook and ask my brain questions, picking the answers I thought were best, listing them, and then asking questions about those answers… it’s extensive, obviously, but its helped me a lot, specially in goalsetting, since when I say I want to achieve a goal, I ask myself WHY… and I get many varied and often surprising answers. It’s good for inspiration, motivation, and clearing and focusing my mind. I have come to think of it as a meditation that focuses on a question/problem, instead of one single thing or nothingness.

Your course has helped in making me realise that I need to break down the coursework into smaller chunks and ask the right questions to my subconscious about the subject, so thanks!
